In an effort to help stem the COVID-19 pandemic, Vista Optical has temporarily closed all retail locations to the public starting March 19, 2020.
We will continue to track local, state and federal responses to COVID-19 as we evaluate the situation through this time. Please be assured we will reach out to you as soon as we reopen our stores. Your safety is our top priority, but we also understand that eye care and eyewear are critical to day-to-day life.

- If you have recently ordered contacts or glasses, please contact your local store between 12pm and 4pm Monday - Saturday.

“The COVID-19 pandemic has created an unprecedented situation that requires rapid response. In thinking about the health and safety of our associates, optometrists, patients and customers, and the unique affordable model of Vista Optical, we decided this temporary measure is the best course of action at this time to protect everyone from further spread of the virus. Our associates and Doctors are the core of our business and those impacted will receive full base pay through March 28.”

Are your stores closed?
- Yes, our stores are temporarily closed through March 28th.
I had an eye exam scheduled. What do I do?
- All appointments during our temporary closure through March 28th are being canceled. Our stores are directly contacting customers who had a scheduled exam.
What do I do if I have an existing order or if I received a call that my glasses are in?
- Please contact your local store between noon and 4pm to make arrangements. As of 3/19, finished orders available in store may be shipped to home or be picked up. If the process or hours change, we will update via social media and the website.
Can you ship my store order to me?
- Yes, we can. Please call your store between noon and 4pm to speak to an associate to arrange your shipment.
I have trial contact lenses. Can I order with my new prescription?
